BREATHWORK

TECHNIQUES

For Different Results

Relaxing

Techniques:

Relaxing breathwork techniques are simple yet powerful methods for reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm. By focusing on slow deep breaths and mindful inhalation and exhalation, these techniques help regulate the autonomic nervous system, lowering heart rate and blood pressure.

Activating

Techniques:

Activating breathwork techniques are designed to energize by employing rapid, controlled breath patterns, enhancing alertness and focus. They stimulate alertness, increase oxygen flow, and can be especially helpful when you need a quick burst of energy or focus.

Freedom

Techniques:

Freedom techniques allow you to enter deep into your subconscious and heal on a deep cellular level. This is typically a circular, conscious breath for an extended period of time. Helping with trauma, burnout, and giving insight to your inner world. This technique reminds you that you are your own healer.

TECHNIQUES

Freedom Technique

Sonic Neural:

Designed to release trauma from the body and mind through a trance state and cathartic movement.

The practice lasts about an hour and can be profound, moving, and powerful for the participant.

Similar to a plant medicine or a psychedelic experience, this can leave the participant feeling raw, vulnerable, or out of their body afterward, which can lead to the participant being very susceptible to the energy around them.

Making it very important for them to completely reconnect with their body and balance their energy as soon as possible after the breathwork session.

Integration:

Breathwork integration is similar to plant medicine integration in the sense that it revolves around self-love, nature, and healthy practices.

Here are some breathwork integration practices you can implement right after a Sonic Neural Breathwork session:

Spend plenty of time in nature, barefoot, connecting with the earth, meditating in nature, relaxing by a tree

Spend time by yourself or with people who are nurturing, healing, and understanding of your journey.

Self-love practices such as long nurturing salt baths and naps.

Eating grounding, healthy foods such as, fresh veggie salads, pasture-raised meats, and roots, such as radishes and beets.

Drink Plenty of water.

Listen to music that you enjoy.

Journal

Something fun with your body & hands like sports, dance, pottery, etc.
